Handle repeat questions without another queue
AI can answer published questions about hours, amenities, policies, and directions.

The product grew out of running a real human agent team for a motel chain in the Philippines, where response quality, staffing pressure, and missed booking opportunities were daily operating problems.

A problem we lived ourselves
Our team handled customer questions across a chain of motels: room availability, rates, amenities, policies, directions, and the follow-up needed to turn interest into a booking.
At more than 1,000 inquiries a day, adding another agent for every increase in volume was not a durable answer. The tools we tried could not attach an inquiry to the correct property, preserve staff ownership, or pause automation when a front-desk decision was required.
That experience became the product brief for Convo.run. AI handles published questions by location, while staff retain ownership of exceptions and booking decisions.
What the operation demanded
AI can answer published questions about hours, amenities, policies, and directions.
Replies draw from the property's published policies and service details.
Ask for dates, property, and contact details before handing the inquiry to staff.
