2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period
No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
You will not be charged for future billing periods
Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation

4. Enterprise Accounts

Enterprise accounts with custom contracts must follow the cancellation terms specified in their service agreement. Please contact your account manager for details.

5. Data Retention

After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
